Privacy policy
Last updated 10 September 2026.
This policy explains what Bzrk collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can and never ask for a phone number.
What we collect
- Account: your name, gamer tag, email address and a hashed password.
- Play: tournament registrations, match results and ladder points, and the servers you connect to.
- Training: booking requests, session notes, replay links you give us, and payment confirmations. Card details never touch our systems.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or Discord.
- Usage: page views and clicks on this site, without identifying you (see Analytics).
Why
To run your account, seed brackets, keep the ladder public and honest, confirm and deliver training sessions, answer your messages, and understand which parts of the site people use.
Who sees it
Your gamer tag, results and ladder rank are public. Your name and email are seen by BZRK and the admin team only. Moderators see your tag and your server activity. We do not sell or share personal information with anyone else, except a payment provider for training fees and a hosting provider that stores the site.
Analytics and storage
The site keeps your login in a cookie and your preferences (like the sound-effects setting) in your browser's local storage. Analytics record page views and button clicks against a session id that is not linked to your account; they can also be connected to a privacy-respecting analytics service with IP anonymisation. No advertising trackers run here.
How long
Account data stays while your account exists. Ladder history is kept for the current season and the previous three. Messages are kept for twelve months. Training notes are kept while you have an active booking history, then deleted.
Your choices
- Update your name, gamer tag and email address from your account page.
- Delete your account from your account page; your ladder history is anonymised.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or a correction, by email to admin@bzrk.com.au. We reply within 30 days.
Contact
Privacy questions go to admin@bzrk.com.au. We are based in New South Wales, Australia, and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
