Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Bzrk, the community platform run by BZRK ("we", "us"). By creating an account or joining a server you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Accounts

• You need to be 13 or older. Under 18s need a parent or guardian's permission for personal training.
• One account per person. Alternate accounts on ranked servers are removed from the ladder.
• Your gamer tag must not impersonate another player, a moderator, or BZRK.
• Keep your password private. Anything done from your account is on you until you tell us it was compromised.

Conduct

The house rules on the community servers on the Gaming page apply everywhere: no smurfing, no exploits, no slurs or harassment. Moderators can mute, kick and ban and must log a reason. Appeals go by email to admin@bzrk.com.au and are reviewed by a different moderator.

Tournaments and the ladder

• Registration is a commitment. Two no-shows in a month cost your seed for that month.
• Results are final once posted unless a dispute is lodged within 24 hours with evidence.
• Prizes are described on each tournament. Ladder points have no cash value.

Personal training

• A booking is a request until BZRK confirms it by email.
• Payment is due after confirmation and before the session, in Australian dollars, by the method named in the confirmation email.
• Cancel more than 24 hours before the session for a full refund or a new time. Later than that, the session is forfeited unless BZRK cancels.
• Squad sessions are booked by one player who is responsible for the group.

Content

Matches on our servers and training sessions may be recorded and shown on BZRK's streams and social channels. Ask before the session if you do not want yours shown. You keep the rights to anything you create; you give us permission to show it in the context of the community.

Ending things

You can delete your account from your account page at any time. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms. Serious breaches (cheating, harassment, doxxing) are permanent.

Liability

Bzrk is provided as is. We do our best to keep servers up and events on time, but we are not liable for downtime, lost ladder points, or anything that happens outside our servers. Nothing here removes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced on Discord. Questions go by email to admin@bzrk.com.au.
